I manage several M365 tenants (all with Security Defaults enabled) and in one specific tenant, for some reason, no users (including Global Admins) are able to create a Team directly in the Teams app using the "Join or create a team" option. And as time passes, more and more web pages start looking incorrect in Chrome. And again, this web page looked fine yesterday in Chrome, but today its messed up. Ive attached a screen capture of what the problem web pages look like. A web page that looks fine today, will have problems tomorrow. But the problem appears to spread from one web page to another.
When this person brings up particular webpages in Chrome (our default browser), she is seeing problems with from what I can tell is one particular font, Helvetica.

I have a user running Mac OSX 10.8.5 who is having a very odd problem with one particular font, in one particular browser. So I spologize if I dont provide enough info, but Ill tell you everything I know. Ive been a Windows admin for my entire career, but in the last couple months Ive been thrust into supporting Macs and its been the most frustrating experience. Let me start by saying I know next to nothing when it comes to Macs.
